121GolfPro.com - Online Golf Tuition
121GolfPro is an online service allowing golfers of all abilities to participate in golf lessons online at their own pace. They upload videos of their golf swing to the website which is reviewed by a PGA professional using professional golf swing analysis software. The golf pro returns their analysed video along with comments and feedback for the next lesson.
The problem was how to accept golfers' videos in a variety of formats but to make the uploading process as simple as possible for the golfer and the golf pro alike. Froya integrated a sophisticated online video conversion process to upload and display the videos in the appropriate format behind the scenes. In addition, an online content management system gave the golf pro control over the website content and lessons on offer.
Froya was also asked to create the logo for 121GolfPro.com and this was subsequently used to sponsor a golfer at the British Open in 2008.
