Shred Easy, Manchester

Shred Easy is a rapidly expanding company specialising in secure document and data destruction services across the UK. As part of their ongoing expansion program Shred Easy have purchased new office premises in Cobra Court, Manchester.

They were anxious to gain the assistance and expertise of an IT provider who could quickly implement a computer network for an initial 20 users, with the capacity for significant growth.

Specialising in the import and export of textiles, Wrengate are based in Manchester with offices in London and various locations worldwide.

Froya originally began support of Wrengate’s existing infrastructure consisting of 15 users connecting to a Windows Small Business Server NT 4.5 at the head office in Manchester.

Over the past 8 years this has evolved into a wide area network, with the central hub now accommodating 50 users on a multiple Windows 2003 based server environment, and various small locations with up to 10 users connecting via VPN, allowing them access to centralised mail and management software.

Novoferm UK, Cheshire

Following a recommendation, Novoferm, one of the Europe’s leading suppliers of automated garage doors to the trade, approached Froya in 2004 with a failing network.

The implementation and subsequent maintenance of new servers and facilities such as remote access has enabled their business to focus on growth and productivity without the interruption of system outages.

Milsys UK Limited, Hereford

A manufacturer and supplier of rapidly deployable shelters to the military and emergency services, Milsys employed Froya in 2004 to specify and implement IT systems which would best serve their start-up status whilst catering for the fast expansion of the business over the coming years.

In conjunction with Business Link we installed a Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 network with VPN facilities to allow access to network resources via the internet.
